It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the Museum of Natural Science!

The American Diabetes Association hosts Camp Rainbow each year for children with type 1 diabetes and their siblings. It is an opportunity for children with diabetes to learn about their disease, learn different methods and treatments and have fun with others who understand what they are going through. During this year’s Camp Rainbow, campers created ornaments as one of their crafts. In honor of our type 1 campers and the holiday season, the Museum of Natural Science is exhibiting our Peace, Love and Camp Rainbow Christmas tree. Visitors of the museum are able to stroll the Christmas tree Avenue (main lobby) from now until the New Year.
